Description
The climate control air filter is located in the blower unit. It eliminates foreign materials and odor. The particle filter performs a role as an odor filter as well as a conventional dust filter to ensure comfortable interior environment.

    Inspection 1. Turn the ignition switch ON. 2. Manually operate the control switch and control the voltage of the blower motor. 3. Select the control switch to raise the voltage until high speed.

    Replacement 1. Remove both stoppers (B) by turning them from the glove box (A). 2. Disconnect the air damper (A) from the glove box (B). 3.

Verify that the auto defogging actuator operates to the open position when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 4. Verify that the auto defogging actuator operates to the close position when connected in reverse.
