Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries. |

When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components. |
• |
When removing the interior trim pieces, use a plastic panel removal tool not to damage the surface. |
• |
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels. |

Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Crash Pad - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") |
2. |
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the crash pad under cover [LH] (A). |
3. |
Disconnect the under lamp (A) and knee air bag connector (B). |
4. |
After loosening the mounting screws, remove the crash pad under cover (A). |
5. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Make sure the connector is connected properly. |
• |
Replace any damage clips. |

Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad under cover [RH] (A). |

Disconnect the under lamp connector (A). |
3. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Disengage the retaining clips and remove the crash pad lower panel switch (A).

Remove the leostat switch connector.
